Episode Title: 5 Ways to Change Your Attitude This Week to See Your Desires Manifest

[Intro] (0:00 - 1:00) Welcome to Attitude Always, the podcast that helps you harness the power of your mindset to create the life you want. I’m Traci and today, we’re diving into five simple yet powerful ways you can shift your attitude this week to start seeing your desires manifest. Your attitude shapes your reality, and with just a few intentional changes, you can align yourself with the success, joy, and fulfillment you’re seeking. Let’s get into it!

[1. Practice Gratitude] (1:00 - 3:00) The first and most important shift is gratitude. Your attitude is a reflection of what you focus on. If you start each day by recognizing what you already have, you open the door for more abundance. 


Try this: each morning, say three things you’re grateful for. 

Feel the gratitude in your heart, not just on paper. 

When you appreciate what you have, the universe responds by giving you more to be grateful for.

Once you are grateful for 3 you will go a little further and state 5 things you're grateful for. 

It can be as simple as I am grateful for my pillow when I wake up in the morning. My daughter, my life, my parents, my strong relationships. 


Then I drink a large glass of water thinking: I am open and ready to receive great things today. I am open to abundant opportunities in all areas of my life. I am open and ready to receive large sums of money from multiple sources,  even the unexpected ones , into my bank account for all that I get to keep and do great things with. I am grateful I am blessed and I am a blessing. 


[2. Reframe Negative Thoughts] (3:00 - 5:00) We all have negative thoughts—it’s natural. But what matters is how you respond to them.

 Instead of dwelling on “I can’t” or “It’s too hard,” reframe your thinking. Turn “I’m not good at this” into “I’m learning and improving every day.” Your words shape your beliefs, and your beliefs shape your actions. A small shift in self-talk can make a huge difference in how you perceive challenges.

Try to catch yourself this week and reframe those negative thoughts. 

Being around negative people or those who practice negative behavior and you are around them daily is not difficult - it just takes a little more effort to overcome their behavior. Two things will happen, they will respect you enough to start seeking things they need to do and change their behavior, or they will distance themself from you and your attitude will change your environment for the better. 

There was a gentleman who was always made fun of at work. He was spoken to with disrespect and everything he did was not to the liking of this one co-worker, who spread the verbal infectious disease of negativity and hate around to everyone else about him. He decided, what will it hurt if I begin to believe and think, I am powerful. I am amazing. Everyone loves me. Everyone gives me compliments. My work is appreciated. He said this everyday and even to himself when the ill-acting person got a shot off at him. The gentleman continued to persist keeping his attitude even and calm. 

In about 3 or 4 days, the coworkers' energy changed. And, even one person told the hackler to stop treating him with disrespect. In about a week, our friend was respected, his work appreciated, the guy quit being mean and he glowed. Eventually our friend got a promotion. But before that, for years he was miserable because he kept saying and feeding the negativity that was being fed to him and it only got worse. 

This week change those negative people in your head and visualize a different story. Reframe the negative statements into positive, and watch your world change for the better. 

[3. Act As If] (5:00 - 6:30) One of the most powerful mindset shifts is to act as if your desires are already yours. This was difficult step for me because I thought I was lying to myself and then I didn’t believe it. 

This isn’t about pretending—it’s about aligning your actions and emotions with what you want. If you want confidence, start carrying yourself with confidence. 

If you want success, adopt the habits of successful people. When you embody the energy of what you desire, you attract it to you.

If you’re striving for a promotion at work, don’t wait until you get the title to act like a leader. Start now by taking initiative, dressing the part, and handling responsibilities with confidence. When you step into that energy, others will start seeing you as the leader you aspire to be.

For myself, it was writing a book and having the confidence of knowing I am better than I think I am. I began focusing on what I needed to change within to align with the desires I want to achieve. One was recognizing I had a pretty bad attitude on things that were “bigger” than me. They were not bigger than me, I just had the attitude that my goliath couldn’t be knocked down. When really, I needed David’s attitude of yes I can achieve it. It is not bigger than me. 

I began reframing negative thoughts due to my client calendar: oh I better start saving and not spending money on… pay partial bills because I won’t have a lot in a week or two. Look at my calendar. I better cancel dinner with the girls because I wont have the money. 

Screw that - I have the clients. I have a full house. Everyone loves my culinary classes and they fill up every week. I am going to dinner and I will go ahead and pay my bills today or do what I need to do. Buy those socks, go to lunch. And you know what, I would get a client or a job that was the exact amount I needed for what I spent. Pretty cool. My attitude changed, my money grew. 



[4. Surround Yourself with Positivity] (6:30 - 8:00) Your environment influences your attitude. If you’re constantly surrounded by negativity—whether through people, social media, or news—you’ll struggle to maintain a positive mindset. This week, be intentional about what you consume. Listen to uplifting podcasts, read inspiring books, and spend time with people who encourage and uplift you. The energy you absorb affects the energy you project.

[5. Take Inspired Action] (8:00 - 9:30) A great attitude without action won’t get you far. Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positively every second. But, the more times you change those negative thoughts into positive, the better you will feel. 

That is taking action. The second part of this is to take  steps toward your desires. This week, commit to one action that brings you closer to your goal. It doesn’t have to be huge; even small steps create momentum. When you combine a positive attitude with action, you become unstoppable. 

The vision board you created only works if you take the action towards it. You want to excel at work, find out what are the characteristics of that job and seek out ways to achieve those skills. First be aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Align with who you are and how to work from the inside out, attitude is work from the inside and you will glow outwardly. You will be aligned with exactly what aligns with your soul. 

[Closing] (9:30 - 10:00) Changing your attitude will change your life. 

When you worry, have anxiety - that attitude will shut down the receiving. You will not get it. Matter of fact you only get what you put your focus on what  your attitude is -  


This week, focus on gratitude, reframe negativity, act as if, surround yourself with positivity, and take inspired action.
